Naa, we didn't give up after India. To a certain extent we gave up ON India (although the south was so much more tolerable than the north of the country). After India we went back to Thailand and then went Laos for a month. We had to come home about a month early in mid April and spent a month with my family in Ohio. We just finished driving around New England and eastern Canada for a month. Man, the US is so expensive to travel in! And internet access is so much harder to find!

I just got a job offer so next week we'll be leaving Ohio on a 3 week road trip to the southwest and then on to Seattle to find a place to live and start work again.

I can see how you've been traveling for so long. When we got back to the US we didn't know what to do with ourselves. We felt like we needed to keep on the move (hence all the road trips). We'll see how we deal with actually living in one place once we get to Seattle.
