Murray's Return To Cafayate

11/28/2005

Hello from Argentina!

I have returned to Cafayate, a brilliant little town in the foot hills of the Andes, where everyone knows everyone and the homeless dogs take charge of the streets. Im surrounded by 3000-4000 metre hillls, waterfalls, cowboys and canyons and of course fiestas and siestas. My favourite mix!

Attached are a few photos, just a sample of life over here, its been increadible.

Today I have been on the road for 3 months and I dont think I will ever go home! Life is great, the people I have met are just amazing, especially here, where they are too willing to help, I have been invited to all kinds of parties and barbeques and met types from all countries. My Spanish is working out perfectly and I am able to hang out and chat with the locals, which is exactly why I came here.

Most of the stories behind these photos are on this website. Check it out and tell me what you think. http://www.travelpod.com/cgi-bin/guest_login.pl?t=argentina_2005&u=muzz_travelling&p=tpod

Bye for now. Enjoy, Murray.
