Nicolas's Iran & Central Asia

Hi everybody !
First common email in english... just because i finaly achieved my primary goal
: to visit Iran and central Asia ! I just took me 3 years to reach this part of
the world, and only 4 month to visit it...
Iran is a fantastic country, many things to see, to do, with lovely people (most
of them just don't want to destroy Israel) and incredibly cheap ! For the first
time, i extended my visa to stay more (but not enough, i'll go bak, one day...)
The -stan (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan) are
not so good, but interresting... UZ and KG are touristics (full of french !)
unlike the tree others.... beautifull mountains in KG and TD, while there're
fantastic monumenst in TK and UZ... KZ is a bitch : rude and very unfriendly
people, boring sceneries, nothing to see execept ecological desasters (Aral sea,
the sovietic nuclear test ground...)... but by leaving this country i sadly
leave the former USSR, with the beautyfull russian langage (i speak tuck-tuck
russian now !), the pretty girls, the "drinking expeditions", the long train
journeys, the deep and wide subway stations (i love them) and so on... but i'll be
back !
So, i deciced to write to you especialy, ozies and kiwis ( and also Kenji !)
because i hope to see you on your big islands for a drink... or ten... but i
finally decided to include you all, my non-french-speaking friends : where are
you now ? Somewhere between China and Australia i hope !
