Yeah, i am reconfirming my conclusion that bolivians can be assholes everyday. today i tried washing like a shirt and a pair of socks in the upstairs wash bin and the guy was all on my ass about it. And then when his father said it was ok, he watched over me the whole while and kept repeating for me to wash faster. its like for fuck sake just quit being so damn difficult and try to enjoy your life.

The other instance was on the truck ride back to la paz the bike was bucking like a rodeo clown and no one would help me secure it or even ask the driver to stop a minute so i could handle it. they just slept and garbled a bunch about "gringito" and laughed at it as it smashed all the accessory bits to pieces and nearly killed me. dickheads most of them are.

And so today is another festival of course and so nothing is open except this one internet cafe and so I reckon on posting an update and relaxing a bit. Like a vacation from my vacation. Tell Adam to put er together something to cover our experiences in La Paz and the pancakes and bikes and whatever, and I will leave a spot for it.
