Rolf's Week Off
Well, I had just one week off. It was my third of four for this year!!
I went to the coldest point Switzerland can offer in order to cool myself a
little bit. So I went with a mountain guide and other five guests to the
glaciers in the region of the Jungfraujoch. (a very famous place among japanese
tourists and now also people from India) As the weather was not fine enough we
had to cancel two interesting mountains - one more than 4100 m high, called the
Jungfrau (= virgin). Last week-end I had organized for the first time a glacier
tour by myself for four friends of mine. This time the weather was fantastic and
more than 100 persons went up to the top of the mountain. Unfortunately I had
not taken the camera with me. But you can imagine rocks, snow, ice and blue sky.
