Che's Chimichurri

SERVES 3 

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cloves Garlic (chopped very fine, not crushed)
Small Handful Parsley Leaves (chopped very fine, not crushed)
2 Tomatoes (hot water peeled)
1 Lemon (juiced)
Olive Oil

PREPARATION:
Stir until all is mixed
Add oil until mixture is covered
Squeeze in the juice of one lemon
Add salt to taste
Serve Cold

SERVE WITH:
BBQ
T-Bone Steak
Grilled Chicken
Grilled Fish
