Ingredients: 1 White Cabbage 1 Medium Carrot 1 Medium White Onion 1 Medium Cucumber 2 Finger Sized Garlic Cloves Smashed 1 Baby Finger Sized Ginger Smashed Salt, Sugar, Red Pepper Powder Preparation: Chop cabbage, carrot, onion, and cucumber into bite sized pieces Sprinkle handful (1T) of salt over them and mix up a little Leave mixture to sit for a 1/2 day Mix in remaining ingredients Add additional spices to taste (use salt sparingly)
