Chris's Little Ripper

07/25/2003

Well, what has been happening around the traps, great news here with the unveiling of our Coopers Australian Pale Ale, yes I feel very pariotic as I crack the head of a Canadian home brewed Australian beer and the results?

Award winning POP as I twist the icy cap, shit great head, nice light amber colour in appearance, good clarity and taste? Bloody excellent!!! You little ripper!!! So cheers Australia and here's to another great Aussie beer.

Last night was also the debut for Jennys White wine, excellent in everyway, the girls are having a hard time saving it for the wedding.

Not so sucessfull was her Red, which needs a bit more time. Next batch of beer is the Irish Cream Ale, exciting.

I suppose I should be talking a little bit more about the wedding. I understand that most of you can not attend due to slight geographiocal differences but it would be nice to see you visit Jenny and I while we are over here in Canada for the next few years. Plans for the wedding are to have a big marquie 30 by 40, we will be roasting a lamb, supprisingly lamb is hard to come by over here and I often get withdrawral symptoms. At the moment the car is having a bad run, with the rear Panhard rod (diff to Chasis support rod) snapping of the rusted chasis. Having welded it back up we copped a flat battery and now the alternator won't charge. So with only a few weeks till the wedding and less than two weeks to meet the family and run heaps of errands, our backs are nearly against the wall, lets hope nothing else buggers up before then.

Gota go and speak to you all soon,

Chris and Jenny. _ _ ______________________________________________________ _ _
