The boat trip is expensive, but very nice : services are very good, beds comfortables, food good and there is much to eat... The bar is not too expensive and the last night on board VERY lively !

We saw seals and a jumping whale !

But book ahead because the boat was completely FULL !

Yes, i move quick because Chile is espensive for me, and actually the lake district is beautiful, yes, but except for the volcanos, it looks like the place i come from in France, so it's not very interrresting for me... the volcano i wanted to climb is in that part, near Pucon... Now i'm Puerto Montt, not very pretty city but i had VERY good time yesterday in the bars... i just wake up... (i finished at 5am this morning) For navimag, it's exactly the same prices at their office at the port : 275$ per person, but i don't know for the motorcycles, but it must be muh cheaper than for a car... May i will take a boat again between Punto Arenas and Puerto Williams futher south...

i was looking at the wrong tour on their website is why i got the wrong price.

if you can findout what a moto would cost i would appreciate to know. so the volcano you were interested in is near there?

thats a good site but it says around 39,000 pesos for a berth and another 18,000 for the moto... is that right? i am stuck in pachimumu or something like that. got my first ticket for no helmet and cant pay it till monday. should be atleast a week till i get to puerto mont.

I booked my ticket online for the boat that leaves on monday... it's really easy on www.navimag.com It cost actually 275$... You stayed one more day in Valparaiso : that's the reason i stayed in Santiago : i wanted to go futher south sooner... i was right... For the pictures that don't appear on gmail, i have the same problem... i should upload them again i think, but not now... Safe travel !

i got the photos... i am leaving for south today. they convinced me to stay one more day. but today for sure.

Hola I'm in Villaricaa, cheaper than Pucon... For the pictures, you can forward them yourself, you have access to the email account... no ? There is one boat leving every monday... it cost at least 230 dollars (more or less) for the cheapest bed... i may call today to check out if there is more room in the one leaving next monday... I really tired and need to sleep more ; i was REALLY drunk for my last night in Santiago !

i like the gmail idea but it only shows me the first 5 without having to click and wait. is there a way around this? also I would like to forward them to my email so I can post them on my website, can you do this? i am still in valparaiso just relaxing and enjoying my friends. i will leave tomorrow morning but surely wont make it by monday unless a tsunami washes me down there. prolly take the next boat. how much does it cost and how often are there boats?
