Maija's Grandma's Groovy Pork Ass And Potato Carrot Soup

SERVES 4-5
w/ Leftover Soup

INGREDIENTS:
4 lb Pork Ass (rump roast cut in two)
3 lb Potatoes (peeled chopped small) 
1 lb Yellow String Beans (chopped small)
1 lb Green Peas
1 Medium Yellow Onion (chopped small)
1 Small Kabachi Squash (peeled chopped small)
6 Big Carrots (peeled and grated)
4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1C Milk
2T Flour
1T Butter
Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaf

PREPARATION:
Place pork in heavy pot and half cover with water
Bring to boil, lower to simmer and cover
Cook for 2 hours or until meat is tender
Reserve liquid and mix with all vegetables
Cover and simmer mixture for 30 minutes
Mix in milk, flour, and butter
Spice to taste (heavy on the pepper)
Serve with meat
