Maija's Magic Mushrooms and Potatoes

Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 kg. Forest Mushrooms (Gailenes + Bekas)
1 Medium Yellow Onion
1 C Milk
Little Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Slice onion and cook in oil over medium flame in pan until brown
Slice mushrooms and add to pan, saute for 15 minutes or until juice cooks out
Add milk and salt to taste
Maintain boil for 5 minutes
Serve with Potatoes below

Potatoes

Ingredients:
1.5 kg. Small Potatoes (any kind but I liked Red and White)
2 Big Tomatoes
1/2 Yellow Pepper
1 Medium Yellow Onion
1 Small Kabacis (like a zuccini)
Little Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Slice onion and potatoes and cook over medium flame until soft and golden brown
Chop yellow pepper, tomatoes, and kabacis and add to pan, saute until your intuition tells you to stop
Add salt to taste
Serve with Mushrooms above
