Real German Schnitzel

Ingredients:
1lb Pork fillet
1C (200g) medium cream 
1C (200g) creme fresh 
1C finely chopped mushrooms 
250mg packet onion soup mix 
Salt and Pepper 

Preparation:
Mix everything in a 6x8 pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 180 Degree Celsius for 1.5 to 2 hours. 
Serve with potatoes.
