Welcome to San Luis (population 100 including the monkeys)
Where Pepe & I saw a dozen monkeys high up in this tree
If your not careful, they'll pee on you
Here I am prepared to enter the Venado Caves near La Fortuna
These caves cover miles underground, waste deep in fast moving water
A good flashlight and a few sets of batteries just incase are required
There are lots of beautiful crystalline formations such as 'The Guava'
Sometimes you are gotta squeeze through holes no bigger then a head
'I made it!'
The uneventful hike up Volcan Arenal
The dissappointing result
The La Fortuna waterfall is quite a sight
La Fortuna waterfall (bottom)
La Fortuna waterfall (top)
By far the largest waterfall on the trip so far
Again, from a different angle
I got a little carried away with waterfall
Me, posing under the waterfall
La Paz waterfall suprises me by the roadside
It flows under an old wooden bridge
More waterfalls
A nice stream
